Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Law student in his/her final years of university for a four-months internship in the Capital Markets department of the Milan office from September 2024.

We advise on all types of international securities transactions with our practice covering equity, debt, regulatory capital and equity-linked (convertible and exchangeable) bond issues, structured capital markets transactions and the full range of derivative products, and securitised products. 
 
The Intern will work in the Debt Capital Markets Group, which is part of the capital markets practice of the firm. We have an enviable client base comprising of most of the major investment banks whom we advise in their lead manager capacity and big name issuer clients. 

Key responsibilities will include supporting the Debt team and particularly some senior colleagues in all the practical duties linked to transaction management, liaising with clients on a daily basis, and assisting with the execution of high-profile market transactions.

Key requirements:
•    Currently enrolled in the final years of Law Degree;
•    Excellent academic credentials (please attach transcript of records);
•    Interested in Capital Markets, Regulatory and Finance matters;
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
•    Proficiency level in English;
•    Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
