What success looks like in this role:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, development and testing teams to identify business needs and requirements

Conduct research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of the business and industry trends, specifically related to Airline passenger service systems, ticketing and offer management systems.

Document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows

Develop and maintain functional specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and other project documentation

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to elicit requirements and feedback

Work with the product managers and development team to define, groom and prioritize product backlogs

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Functional Documentation for releases/products/solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Support the development of training and user documentation

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Travel and Transportation, specifically airlines industry
• Experience building SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of payments processes, SaaS integrations for business objectives
• Experience with working with product architects, development scrum teams, UX designers
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira, grooming product backlog, assisting sprint planning and handling product feature queries from different stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and develop insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP, is a plus
