<title>About the role</title>

As Legal Counsel, you'll lead the day-to-day legal support and handle a range of tasks, including rolling out terms and conditions, launching products, managing regional expansion, and overseeing commercial contracts. You’ll address consumer protection, litigation, marketing, intellectual property, and payment services. With strong business acumen, you'll support scalable product strategies and manage legal and compliance risks as well as implement internal legal processes.

• <point>Review products, features, and initiatives to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.</point>
• <point>Draft and manage commercial agreements and end-user terms of use, consumer disclosures, and FAQs.</point>
• <point>Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal teams, including operations, product, business development, advertising, and sales.</point>
• <point>Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Tax, Privacy, Product Legal, and Policy.</point>
• <point>Develop proactive relationships with these teams to anticipate legal and commercial risks.</point>
• <point>Manage litigation, external legal support, and internal resources like playbooks and templates.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have completed a legal qualification from a reputable law school.</point> 
• <point>You have 3 to 6 years of experience, preferably at a law firm or an international company, with legal support for tech-enabled products and cross-border work.</point> 
• <point>You are fluent in English and Polish (mandatory).</point>
• <point>You are well-versed in consumer protection and legal aspects of the gig economy.</point>
•  <point>You are excellent at legal drafting and love people and project management, with a solution and business-oriented mindset.</point>
• <point>You are proactive, an analytical thinker with a hands-on approach, and deliver your work on time while maintaining an overview.</point>
