What will the role be about
Greet and assist customers collecting vehicles + assisting with handover sheets
Addressing customer inquiries and directing appropriately
Invoicing of rentals
Keeping vehicle movements up to date
Assisting with rental agreements
Stock control ( office )
Order numbers to suppliers / invoicing of repairs etc to clients
Liasing with suppliers for ordering of parts + follow ups
Client statements, payment follow up ,credit notes and account queries
Health and safety ( First aid – if not qualified – will be sent for training)
Liase with clients on tech support ETA
Who are we looking for (must have / nice to have)
Education: Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting,
Or at least two years' experience in administration.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, spreadsheets, invoicing software (SAP, Chorus Pro, Oracle).
Own transport is a requirement (branch located in Cape Town)
Comprehensive understanding of industry-related products and services
