Position Summary

This position is responsible for the management of a range of projects, from straightforward to complex. The Carrier Projects Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, foster a collaborative environment, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure clear communication and documentation of project plans. The role requires a combination of core project management skills and strong leadership qualities to navigate challenges and uncertainty effectively.

Key Responsibilities Area Tasks:

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage projects through all phases, demonstrating resilience, especially when dealing with uncertainty.

• Facilitate project meetings and progress reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, encouraging an agile and curious environment.

• Enhance stakeholder engagement by seeking out different perspectives to resolve ambiguity and build professional networks.

Communication & Documentation

• Ensure all project plans, updates, and documentation are clear, concise, and effectively communicated to all relevant parties.

Risk Management

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, showing resilience when unexpected challenges arise from undefined project elements.

Professional Development

• Engage in continuous learning and flexible time management to adapt to evolving priorities.

• Build upon core Project Management skills, applying best practices flexibly to new and evolving scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones. Knowledge about the SaaS industry is a plus.

• Language Skills: German and English skills are mandatory; Polish is nice to have.

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities, including effective communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.

• Initiative: A proactive approach to taking on tasks, connecting with colleagues, clarifying ambiguity, and driving projects forward.

• Mindset: A resilient and positive mindset, with a can-do attitude when facing uncertainty. An agile and adaptable approach, coupled with a natural curiosity to solve problems.

• Collaboration: Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

• Risk Management: Familiarity with risk identification and mitigation processes.
