Your New Role
The Transfer Pricing Manager will be a key role in WBD’s global transfer pricing team.  The role will focus on transfer pricing documentation and planning projects, as well as supporting other transfer pricing initiatives.  The candidate is expected to be an experienced transfer pricing professional, a self-starter, a creative thinker, and a team player, who is both technically strong and a clear communicator.  This position is open to locations in New York, Washington D.C., and Atlanta. 

Your Role Accountabilities

• Management of global transfer pricing documentation.
• Assisting with global transfer pricing planning projects and implementing new intercompany structures.
• Addressing ad hoc transfer pricing issues in support of internal stakeholders.
• Supporting external tax and transfer pricing audits.
• Internal team management and administrative activities, e.g., recruitment and management of interns. 

Qualifications & Experiences

• 6+ years of transfer pricing experience.
• BS/ BA or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• MBA or equivalent certification a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with US and OECD transfer pricing regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with and explain complex TP concepts to cross-functional business partners and external advisors.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while showing attention to detail
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation.
• Experience assisting in transfer pricing planning analyses and implementing new intercompany structures.
• Experience managing external transfer pricing advisors.
• Experience responding to requests from tax administrations.
• Experience reviewing and management intercompany agreements.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Desirable

• Knowledge of media industry.
• Exposure to US international tax principles.
