As Talent Acquisition Assistant, some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Establish excellent working relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment in approach
  • Act as a support to the business through the recruiting process
  • Attend networking events to increase brand awareness
  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements across the operation
  • Work as a key user for Avature and pipelining key positions

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Successful recruitment industry/ agency or in-house experience in a corporate environment - Desirable
  • A passion for Talent Acquisition and best-in-class service delivery
  • Background proactively sourcing candidates and building strong working relationships with the business
  • The ability to support eh team in a demanding workload
  • Effective communication skills
  • Student in last years in Administration, Psychology, Engineering or similar
