The primary function of the Operation Analyst is to provide day-to-day support for all internal forms, form vendor solutions, and project support as required. Additionally, this role will work with the team to prioritize, assign and QC tasks.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering high-quality forms that keep our business moving. You’ll lead the team to hit deadlines and achieve annual goals, while collaborating with Operations, Product, and Compliance to design and refine forms that meet evolving needs. You’ll manage vendor relationships and costs to ensure efficiency, and partner with IT Development and QA to implement coding changes that bring form updates to life.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients
Complete and manage forms changes and enhancements with other team members
Provide consultation and analysis on forms related changes to help identify the scope of the work and resources required
Provide consultation and analysis for forms solutions
Coordinate updates to the forms applications as required
Maintain a high level of user expertise regarding forms, regulatory requirements and retirement operations
Recommend forms enhancements needed to improve operational efficiencies
Create and maintain forms procedures and checklists
Create and maintain custom forms procedures and checklists
Coordinate testing of form changes
Flexible for additional ad hoc projects as determined by Manager
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Ability to make critical and timely business decisions independently
Good judgement based on company and department goals
Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes and possess the technical knowledge needed to work with the development and quality assurance teams at a detailed level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts.
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to work well with other areas at RPS, often under tight deadlines.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational, time management skills and teamwork skills.
Understanding of work flow, business processes
Retirement and/or Financial industry experience a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between
$55,125.00 CAD - $91,875.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
