Summary: As a Pega Platform Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Pega Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications using Pega Platform to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and test plans. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Pega Platform and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, SQL, and Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of business process management and application development. - Experience with designing and implementing complex workflows and business rules using Pega Platform. - Solid grasp of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment. - Experience with integrating Pega Platform with other enterprise systems and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Pega Platform solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
