Summary: As a Marketo Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Marketo instances. You'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and architect complex marketing technology infrastructure using Adobe's suite of products e.g Adobe Marketo Engage and Bizible. Roles & Responsibilities: - Set up new Marketo instances from scratch, ensuring best practices and scalability. - Migrate data and processes from other marketing automation platforms like SFMC/Eloqua to Marketo. - Proficiency in Marketo administration, including lead scoring, CRM integration, data normalization, and 3rd-party integrations. - Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., MS Dynamics, SFMC) is a plus. - Ability to write and troubleshoot custom code using HTML, JavaScript, and Marketo API. - Developing integrations using atleast one middleware like Power Platform, Informatica or MuleSoft - Develop custom integrations, including using Marketo APIs. - Understand how data flows between these tools and leverage them for integrations - Understand and implement various attribution models, Lead scoring, Revenue cycle model and its reporting within Marketo. - Marketo best practices for center of excellence - Implementation of Dynamic chat, Interactive webinars and Target Account Management - Expertise on native Marketo integrations - Provide advanced technical guidance on Marketo features and functionality. - Understanding of how custom objects can enhance data modeling and reporting - Architect complex marketing technology solutions using Adobe products. Professional & Technical Skills: - 8-10 years of hands-on development experience with Marketo. - Preferred Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MSCA) or At least Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences (Marketing, Sales, IT, Executives). - Strategic thinker with tactical execution capabilities. - Problem-solving mindset and openness to new solutions and technology.
