Job Profile SummaryPerforms specialized level of clerical and administrative functions related to the operations and maintenance of plants and pipeline facilities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Research, verify, compile, and prepare reports and/or correspondence related to processing plant, storage facility, transmission pipeline and gathering pipeline system operations activities including but not limited to:
- Material requests/requisitions
- Invoices and expenses/cost center coding
- Authority for Expenditure (AFE)/completion reports
- Regulatory reports
- Storage/reserves activities
- Rights-of-way and storage leases
- Audit requests
- Production & volume reporting
- ONE Call Notification
- Access, enter and/or maintain information using various computer applications such as:
- Budgets (capital, operations, maintenance, etc.)
- Employee information
- Job-to-job transfers
- Contracts and agreements
- Activity reports
- Right-of-way index and storage leases
- Overtime summary
- Time entry
- Vehicle/Fleet reports
- A/P invoice entry
- Measurement tickets & databases
- Provide administrative guidance and assistance to producers, processors, pipeline company personnel, employees, and others concerning activities including but not limited to:
- Pipeline/storage activities
- Leases and contracts
- Materials charges and account classifications
- Work permits
- Status of AFE’s/completion reports
- Line locations
- Rights-of-way and storage leases
- Coordinate and/or perform administrative support activities including but not limited to:
- ONE CALL line locates
- Typing
- Meeting and travel arrangements
- Verifying invoices and preparing check requests
- Ordering/maintaining supplies
- Mail delivery/collection
Education
Work Experience
- Experience in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including but not limited to:
- Computers
- Calculators (Tested or demonstrated by position)
- Keyboards (Tested or demonstrated by position)
- Two-way radios (Specified by position)
- Facsimile machine
- Document scanners
- Experience and training related to:
- Spreadsheet and text software such as Excel, Access database, and Word
- Transmission pipeline system operations and related procedures
- AFE’s, completion reports, and related procedures
- Developing and maintaining file systems
- Budget processes/procedures
- Classification of accounts

- Experience interpreting, compiling, composing, revising, and/or preparing information such as correspondence and reports; policies and procedures; contracts and agreements; and job orders and completion reports

- Knowledge of: processing plant, storage facility, transmission pipeline and gathering pipeline system operations
- Knowledge of: company organizational structures, terminology, policies, and procedures
