About the Team

The Senior Manager, Store Fulfillment - Picking Process Design and Simplification will lead process design for digital personal shopper picking processes. In this role, you can expect to consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, and other key-stakeholders, and travel is anticipated at ~20% for regular store visits.

This position reports to our Director, Operations and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. A full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote applicants at this time.

What you’ll do…

  • Document current state of back end picking system configuration settings and identify defects or opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain category level configurations for picking processes to optimize perfect order and productivity metrics.
  • Maintain UPC level configurations for picking commodities to optimize perfect order and productivity metrics.
  • Regularly review performance of KPIs to influence picking process strategies and prioritization of development changes
  • Design, develop, and measure digital associate picking processes, equipment, and system enhancements to drive growth in capacity, orders, and sales
  • Design, develop, and measure digital associate picking processes, equipment, and system enhancements to drive post sub, on time pick, returns/refunds, pick rate, and labor savings improvements
  • Partner with workforce planning to ensure standard operating procedure steps and characteristics are updated accordingly to reflect process changes.
  • Uses sound logic to make observations and data about the current Associate process flow methods and where improvements are needed.
  • Analyze and interprets information by using various analytical methodologies for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency.
  • Partner with store operations, product management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives for Growth, Perfect Order, and Productivity strategic pillars.
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale, complex projects, work streams, and programs by managing and modifying associated project plans
  • Develop creative solutions within business areas to reduce costs and meet business goals
  • Leverage feedback from cross-functional partners to streamline and improve processes

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, product, communication, PMO, data analytics or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills and Executive level presentation experience

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
