About the role:.

As a Client Data Analyst, you would be responsible for maintaining comprehensive client data, initializing new customers and projects, and tracking contract details. Ensures timely renewals, terminations, and provides financial reporting to leadership. Supports ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed.

What you will be doing:

You will learn and be challenged every day with the multiple responsibilities of the Client Data team and the constantly changing atmosphere of the software world. You will initiate projects to the implementation teams, validate that the clients are receiving what they paid for in their contract, ensure accurate data is kept on all our clients, perform reporting for the leadership team, and assist in numerous ad-hoc projects. You will be a part of a team that loves what they do and genuinely cares about the job at hand.

  • Maintaining all client data, including client names, products, services, financials, contracted dates, etc.

  • Initialization of new customers and projects in various systems

  • Tracking and logging all contract data for the business unit

  • Tracking renewals and terminations

  • Providing financial reporting to leadership and finance teams

  • Ad-hoc reporting, projects, and support

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration/ Bachelor of Finance/ Bachelor of Computer Science/ Bachelor of Information Systems/ Bachelor of Mathematics or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

  • 1 to 4 yrs exp.

  • Should be willing to work US Shift 5PM to 2AM IST and Night shift 10PM to 7AM.

  • Proficiency in Data Analysis

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)

  • Ability and desire to learn every day

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation

  • Team player with a positive attitude and outlook

  • Collaborative – Collaborate with different groups and complete the assigned task.

  • Polite and courteous with strong customer service and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Exceptional command of the English language

  • Hard-working and dedicated to the task at hand

  • Organized, methodical, logical, and scientific in thought process

  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once

  • Efficient at tracking and accomplishing set tasks within a timeline

  • Ability to see the big picture and foresee various outcomes

  • Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team

Additional Requirements

  • Performs research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to manager or project leader.

  • Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.

  • Identifies and implements best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.

  • Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics and identifies improvement opportunities.

  • May train internal employees on changes to business practices, processes, or procedures.

  • May perform special projects upon request and on occasion.

  • May provide coaching and/or guidance to less experienced Business Analysts.

  • Other related duties assigned as needed
