We are looking for a Technical Solutions Trainee to further enhance our Posti Group Solutions team.

In this role, you will support the technical development of our new solutions and collaborate with our Product Owners to plan the roadmap related to them. Together with the Product Owners, you will ensure transparency and communication throughout the product development process. The position is fixed-term contract of approximately 10 months.

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide support for Jira, Agile methodologies, and other collaboration applications
• Facilitate and coordinate team collaboration to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in problem-solving and offer creative solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and continuously develop your skills

What are we looking for?

• An interest in technical environments
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in a relevant field
• Fluent language skills in both English and Finnish, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus!)
