Job title: Ticketing Account Manager

Reporting to: Head of Sponsorship and Ambassadors

Department: Brand Marketing

The Department:

We’re a multi-discipline, Global Marketing team working across traditional brand marketing, sponsorship, ambassadors, consumer insights, PR, and internal communications.

Purpose of the role:

The Ticketing Account Manager will work alongside the sponsorship team managing the entire suite of Hospitality and General Admission tickets across our global portfolio of Football, Cricket, Tennis, Rugby, NBA and NHL portfolios sponsorships.

Managing the end-to-end process from request, approval, information gathering, ticket distribution and review, the Ticketing Account Manager will ensure all guests have a seamless experience when attending one of our sponsored events. All tickets will be distributed via our ticketing portal managed by the successful candidate. They’ll ensure the right processes are followed and look find ongoing efficiencies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Take full responsibility for the ticketing platform, ensuring a seamless process from ticket request to delivery.
  • Enforce that all ticket request requirements and processes are followed.
  • Evolve and develop the platform and supporting processes to make requests and fulfillment simpler and easier.  
  • Be the principle day-to-day contact with the platform provider.
  • Lead the training of all stakeholders to effectively use the platform.
  • Upload events and tickets for selection and distribution once fixtures are confirmed.
  • Troubleshoot any problems that arise.
  • Ensure all guest requests are adhered to, travel details, specific menus etc.
  • Work alongside the brand and sponsorship team to create branded ticket and information packs delivered to all attendees, creating a premium experience for all.
  • Co-ordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Use the platforms data tools to create reports on who, how and where the tickets are being utilized.
  • Be available on all event days to support any urgent ticketing issues.

You will have (Essential skills):

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisation and long-term planning skills
  • Proven experience of managing hospitality and ticketing programs    
  • Digitally fluent, you’re able to learn new systems and programmes and can use them to monitor activity and interrogate data on a daily basis
  • Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Demonstrable ability to overcome obstacles and be proactive in finding creative solutions.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • A flexible approach to work, you can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Travel may be required (including weekends)

It will be a bonus if you have (Desirable skills):

  • Interest in Sports Industry
  • Understand the sporting calendar’s of Football, Cricket, Rugby, NBA, NHL, Tennis
