About the Role
 

We’re looking for a NetSuite Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering team who can provide a right blend of functional and technical expertise in maintaining NetSuite, work on cross-collaborative initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of both the business processes and the technical underpinnings of NetSuite to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with organizational goals.
 
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and processes focussing on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Analytics.
  • Think broadly about processes and their dependencies, and create well-designed solutions beyond the immediate opportunity
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations within NetSuite.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain various NetSuite modules (e.g., ARM, GL,AR, AP, Assets ).
  • Develop and implement workflows, scripts, saved searches, automations, and integrations to streamline business processes.
  • Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide key business insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite related issues through support tickets 
  • Stay current on new NetSuite features and functionalities and have understanding of release management 
  • Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality.
  • Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system processes, configuration, and technical design
  • Support configuration testing activities including UAT to E2E in close partnership with the business
  • Assist in developing overall Financial Systems roadmap recommendations
     

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience working as a NetSuite Analyst or similar ERP role.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules (Financials).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL queries and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.


Optional Bonus Skills​

  • Experience with related corporate systems, such as Stripe, Salesforce, Workday, and Ironclad - we work cross-functionally and you’ll encounter these from time to time
  • Experience as a software engineer / systems analyst, or as a systems engineer applying software development principles to internal systems
  • Public company experience and a working understanding of system and process controls.
