The Senior Director, Enterprise PMO will lead the management and optimization of internal operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring the smooth execution of business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with leadership experience, particularly in the SaaS industry, who can drive continuous improvement and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals
Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop business cases for change and drive decision-making
Improve collaboration, execution, and visibility across strategic initiatives
Ensure alignment of functional efforts with organizational objectives, reducing delivery timelines and driving success
Oversee the management, implementation, and reporting of cross-functional programs by collaborating with functional leaders to develop roadmaps, plans, and resource allocation strategies
Ensure global projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and meet privacy/security and regulatory standards
Mentor and lead a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Develop operational tools such as dashboards and resource planning models to prioritize high-impact initiatives
Serve as an escalation point, working with the PMO team to mitigate risks and solve problems across initiatives
Provide executive-level reporting on the status and risks of key programs
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Operations, Transformation, and/or Enterprise PMO roles with increasing scale and responsibility
Experience leading strategic operations teams, programs, and processes at scale (in organizations with significant revenue and global presence)
Proven experience leading B2B SaaS organizations through change and improvement initiatives
Strong experience managing a portfolio of programs and projects, including resource prioritization
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to balance a process-oriented mindset with practical execution and decision-making
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across teams
How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $191,000.00 - $325,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
