What you will do: 

The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems, including HVAC and building management systems, for various projects. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, project management, and technical support to ensure successful execution of control solutions.

How you will do it: 

• Design and develop control strategies and algorithms for systems.

• Oversee and manage the implementation of control systems on-site.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.

• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop solutions

What we look for 

• University degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering or related field.

• Strong knowledge of control systems, programming, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence.

• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

• Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed for project oversight and client meetings.

• Ability to work odd hours as required by project demands.
