Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project management within the team, building value propositions, delivering analytics, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring the strategic partnerships program meets its key results and KPIs. This role demands excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Position Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of project management for the Strategic Partnerships team.

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Value Proposition Development:

  • Build and articulate compelling value propositions for strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create impactful partnership proposals and presentations.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Deliver analytics and insights for our focused list of strategic partners.

  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.

Senior Leadership Support:

  • Support senior leadership meetings by preparing agendas, briefing documents, and presentation materials.

  • Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed in a timely manner.

Client Briefing and Account Plans:

  • Create comprehensive and clear briefing documents and account plans for key clients.

  • Collaborate with account managers and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach and consistent messaging.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute key events such as the World Economic Forum at Davos, Milken Institute events, The Geneva Association meetings, etc.

  • Coordinate logistics, develop event agendas, and ensure successful participation and engagement.

Conference Development and Execution:

  • Support the development and execution of our conference on Natural Capital at Cambridge University.

  • Work with academic partners, speakers, and attendees to ensure a successful event.

Program Tracking and KPIs:

  • Ensure the strategic partnerships program is tracking to our key results and KPIs.

  • Develop and implement processes to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic partnerships, or a related role.

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering results.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in organizing and managing events and conferences.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary range is expected to be between

$84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD
