About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a focus on Customer Experience Management and Marketing to lead innovative initiatives that will advance our Internal operations and External facing interface capabilities. In this role, you’ll drive improvements across the customer lifecycle from prospect through to wind down by enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering customer-centric solutions for front and back of the house. Your expertise will bridge market insights with practical product management skills to shape impactful customer products and experiences

What You Will Do:

  • Support Strategic Outcomes: You’ll use banking industry and market knowledge to support defined strategic outcomes. You’ll also leverage that experience to help inform and drive strategies impacting the experiences of banking as a service partners, lending partners and service providers in furtherance of broader enterprise goals.
  • Discovery and Requirements Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine persona fit, work closely with Partner Account Executives and interviewing Partners to draft business cases and functional requirements for new features, guiding program management efforts for successful delivery, navigating trade-offs, earning cross-functional trust, and partnering across the organization for seamless support and visibility
  • Drive Product Outcomes: Lead KPI growth by taking ownership of the product roadmap, overseeing execution, and managing performance for tax products.
  • Executive Communication: Present vision, progress, and dependencies to executive stakeholders, contributing to broader team and organizational planning efforts.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Lead market research and trend analysis, including competitive insights and customer behavior data, to inform product roadmap decisions
  • Drive Team Efficiency: Implement processes to improve team alignment, efficiency, and scalability
  • Client-Centric Product Enhancements: Identify and translate client needs into actionable product enhancements, maintaining clear cross-functional communication
  • Product Strategy Alignment: Assess and anticipate impacts of product strategy on customer engagement, supporting a tailored approach to each interaction
  • Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to solution and define release scope and timelines based on business priorities and constraints
  • Product Documentation: Produce detailed, high-quality product specifications, documentation, and walkthroughs to ensure teams have a clear understanding of product features and workflows
  • Reporting & Decision Support: Regularly report on progress towards goals and milestones, supporting leadership in data-driven decision-making

What You Will Need:

  • Product Management Expertise: 5+ years in product management, with hands-on experience in shaping and driving product strategy, roadmap ownership, and customer-focused decision-making through to execution, release and optimizations
  • Banking Insight: Direct experience in Banking Operations, with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs and challenges
  • Customer Relationship Management Insight: Direct experience managing and/or configuring CRMs for business needs; ideally using Salesforce.
  • Sr. PM approach and mindset: You’re able to break down complex initiatives into actionable outcomes and drive work independently. In addition to identifying issues and risks in developing strategy and tactical execution, you are solution oriented and action towards bias in proactively mitigating and solving identified issues
  • Product, people and process discovery: Proven ability to engage stakeholders in granular discovery sessions uncovering and defining detailed processes and procedures across people and systems. Ability to dissect discovery outcomes to identify actionable outcomes supporting strategic revenue and operational needs
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong data-driven analytical approach, with the ability to make informed decisions even when complete data is unavailable
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on objectives and ensure cohesive execution
  • Product Operations: Strong understanding of how best to improve the maturity of a Product Management organization. Areas of focus include: ensuring access to internal and external data that provides Product Management team members the ability to make informed decisions; awareness of new tools and processes that can be utilized to increase over efficiency and effectiveness
  • Artificial Intelligence: Proven ability to utilize AI tools, such as CoPilot, and advocate for the application of AI with key partners through coaching and training

Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
