PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

The Sr. ETF Enablement Analyst supports the strategic, on-going sales and education capabilities essential to productivity across the ETF business to achieve our goals.  This role is responsible for providing support to the ETF Team as it relates to ETF data, education/training and broad scale business strategy needs. The Sr. Analyst will work across various teams both within and outside of Global Distribution, including, but not limited to, Global Sales Management, US Intermediaries, Individual Investors and Marketing to support initiatives and strategic priorities related to the growth and evolution of our ETF business. 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

ETF Data and Reporting

  • Monitor and track trends in TRP ETF Sales across Global Distribution Sales Teams
  • Partner with salespeople and sales leaders to interpret and communicate these themes and strategize action-oriented outcomes to capitalize on the trends. 

ETF Education and Training

  • Serve as a point of contact for all maintenance required for ETF Educational platform content and curriculum. 
  • Develop and implement proactive steps to monitor content usage and relevancy on a go-forward basis. 

Business Strategy and Operations

  • Partner with other members of the ETF Solutions team to ensure trends related to flows, AUM, product development, etc. are appropriately incorporated into ETF Enablement and Business Strategy deliverables (i.e. training material or business strategy updates) Monitor and track trends and important developments in ETF product development.  
  • Partner with ETF leadership team to support the ETF Business Strategy scope of programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain understanding of key vendor relationships and business partners and occasionally serve as a proxy for leaders in these relationships. 
  • Maintain specific plans and track progress on strategic initiatives – partner with leaders to coordinate timely and consistent communication of these plans.    

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required 

  • College degree and 1 year of related work experience, or associate degree and 3 years of related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and 5 years related work experience 
  • Ability to analyze and distill complex information, evaluate business value, and provide insights through visualization 
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Strong business and organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with knowledge and experience across Individual Investors business lines. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication ability 
  • Strong impact and influence competencies 
  • Ability to diplomatically negotiate change 
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas and personalities 

Preferred 

  • Experience with Morningstar Direct
  • Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg Terminal or YCharts
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an asset management firm, preferably in an ETF oriented sales, client service, general business, or marketing function 
  • Experience managing bodies of work across diverse and varied initiatives 

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.

Base salary ranges:

$114,500.00 - $195,000.00 for the location of: California, New York
$100,500.00 - $171,500.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$91,500.00 - $156,500.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
