PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Sr. ETF Enablement Analyst supports the strategic, on-going sales and education capabilities essential to productivity across the ETF business to achieve our goals. This role is responsible for providing support to the ETF Team as it relates to ETF data, education/training and broad scale business strategy needs. The Sr. Analyst will work across various teams both within and outside of Global Distribution, including, but not limited to, Global Sales Management, US Intermediaries, Individual Investors and Marketing to support initiatives and strategic priorities related to the growth and evolution of our ETF business.

Work Flexibility

Base salary ranges:
$114,500.00 - $195,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
