Job Overview:
We are engaging a senior, hands-on GenAI Engineer with around 6+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud technologies. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-driven applications, optimize model performance, and drive innovation across enterprise use cases.

Location: Pune/Mumbai (Hybrid)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GPT models, LLMs).
• Expertise in building RAG pipelines.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain (or similar).
• Proficiency in Python backend development.
• Experience in FastAPI / Flask / REST API development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using modern frameworks.
• Develop applications leveraging GPT-based models and other LLMs.
• Implement scalable APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or RESTful services.
• Work on backend development to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Deploy and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, App Services, Functions, etc.).
• Build automated workflows using CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Development tools for automated report and PPT generation using AI.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver business value.
