Start Date: June 2, 2025
End Date: August 8, 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Requirements
A passion for our mission!
Must be undergraduate, graduate, or graduation as of Spring 2025.
Comfortable with Zoom and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Active participation in the Summer Intern Innovation Project through cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Specific Internship Description and Preferred Skills:
The Enterprise Application Service Team (EAST) provides operational support for other software product teams to allow them to focus on building new capabilities and enhancements. This team selectively identifies and executes high effort, repetitive, manual operational tasks, and manages their optimization and automation via a wide variety of technologies.
Robotic Process Automation Developer Intern will be responsible for:
Completing appropriate software trainings relevant for assigned automations (MS Power Automate, UiPath)
familiarizing with and adhering to ALSAC RPA published standards
familiarizing with and adhering to EAST team working agreements
building simple to medium complexity automations complete with self-healing and monitoring
providing automation demos
production support and documentation for assigned automations
assisting and in some cases leading code review and testing
being proactive, collaborating with team members, ITS colleagues and Business Stakeholders
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to perform some recurring operational manual work which EAST completes regularly for other teams
Actively engaging in team Agile ceremonies / practices for planning, design, and execution of operational tasks.
Majors: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or Software Engineering/Development
Skills required: Power Automate, Microsoft products proficiency
Nice to have: UiPath, .Net (C# primarily)
