This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Responsible to lead, create and deliver messaging, calling and meeting experiences for small-business and enterprise users for desktop and mobile.
To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:
Practice and promote customer-centered thinking as you design experiences that solve customer problems
Drive large projects from concept through implementation, including owning design strategy, planning and conception, and delivery with a user-centered design approach
Manage complex projects to provide a clear sense of design vision, strategy and direction
Partner with Product Managers, Researchers and Content Strategists to define problems and goals
Conduct competitive analysis
Create user scenarios, user journeys, flows, UI designs and prototypes
Provide high-fidelity assets and specs ready for engineering
Act as a key liaison with the global engineering teams responsible for the implementation of the designs
Drive timelines, coordinate resources, and communicate constantly for alignment and transparency within a cross-functional team
Work with Design Systems team to conform with the latest design system and contribute to its evolution
Contribute to the growth and culture of the UX team
Desired Qualifications:
U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communication Networks, or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Communication Networks, or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required.
Experience with front-end development for code-based prototypes, Framer, Re-act, Figma, Agile development, UX/UI, UX for software company, video/event/webinar products, presentations, written communication, and working with cross-functional UX teams is required.
