The Senior Employee Experience Manager will champion a positive and employee-centric workplace by focusing on optimizing the employee experience and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of HR Programs, this role will be responsible for developing strategies to improve engagement and manage programs and processes in the following areas: employee experience, employee engagement, employee survey design, employee journey management, anniversary and recognition programs, total rewards, and various other employee experience initiatives.

Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to create the employee experience strategy, philosophy, and  framework, including designing impactful events, campaigns, culture programs, and supporting resources.
  • Creates opportunities to amplify and embed our Guiding Principles, and EVP into employee programs: build employee connections; keep employees informed, engaged, and inspired to strengthen their sense of meaning and belonging to our culture.
  • Conducts surveys and listening campaigns to ensure solutions are grounded by the voice of the employees.
  • Promotes engagement as a strategic priority: oversee and lead cross-functional steering committees and working groups to align on key engagement/culture/wellbeing initiatives while gaining support across the organization.
  • Drives improvement by interpreting data and presenting data points and solutions to HR Business Partners and leaders.
  • Monitors measures of effectiveness, including turnover, employee engagement scores, and program participation.
  • Serves as an advisor in identifying team and organizational issues and developing scalable engagement solutions; provides support to leaders and HRBPs for developing meaningful improvement plans at the team and leader level.
  • Serves as administrator for online user platforms, including the maintenance of training resources and communication.
  • Conducts research on HR-related topics and reviews new/updated federal, state, and local legislation for impact on business, processes, and procedures.
  • Manages third party vendor relationships for engagement surveys and total rewards.

Required Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading employee experience, employee engagement, recognition programs, performance, wellbeing, and organizational development
  • Experience with engagement survey platforms
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 10%
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

               

Preferred Education and Experience:

•             SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred but not required

•             Experience working in the manufacturing sector
