About the Role
The ACRT Services Recruiter will work from within the ACRT Services Human Resources department to complete full life cycle recruiting for ACRT Services (and other subsidiaries as necessary). The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent that aligns with our company’s culture and strategic goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About You
Must haves:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 2 or more years in full life cycle recruiting and using Applicant Tracing System, such as Workday
Nice to haves:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organization Development
Experience: 3+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting for corporate staff
2+ years experience with Workday’s Recruiting module
Your Skills:
Talent Sourcing: Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals, to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate evaluation, phone screening, and interview coordination.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance Knowledge: Well-versed in federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process.
Technology Proficiency: Experienced in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies; ability to leverage data and tools to optimize hiring processes. Experince with Workday preferred but not required.
Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker who can analyze challenges and implement creative solutions to meet recruitment goals.

Where We Work
At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is an in-person role, meaning employees will be required to come into the Stow, Ohio office on a weekly or as needed basis.
Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home – a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company’s Stow, Ohio office.
This position is not open to candidates located in Toledo, OH or Cincinnati, OH.
