Work Flexibility: Field-based
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for Medical division products: the LIFEPAK15 defibrillator, LUCAS3 chest compression device, POWER PRO XT electric stretcher, POWER LOAD hydraulic loading, STAIR PRO skid chair, XPEDITION electric powered skid chair, M1 stretcher.
What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth (in lubelskie, świętokrzyskie, podkarpackie and małopolskie region)
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges
- Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential
- Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers
- Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously
- Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility
- Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies and product demonstrations
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish
Preferred:
- Medical related fields or B2B sales experience
- Experience in clinical work environment
- 3+ years’ sales experience
