• Inspect modules and materials on-site for damage, documenting and communicating findings to the site team, quality control manager, and project management team.

• Verify that contractors follow approved client requirements and codes during fabrication, assembly, and welding.

• Ensure correct installation of mechanical/flanged/Victaulic joints, including proper gasket and hardware application, alignment, and torque.

• Conduct inspections and tests according to the Inspection and Testing Plan and Quality Procedures, documenting results thoroughly.

• Manage nonconformance reports, segregate nonconforming materials, and maintain detailed traceability records of critical materials and inspection outcomes.

• Own and drive quality initiatives from start to finish, emphasizing scalability and efficiency.
