We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Strategy, Insights & Transformation to be in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.


The Senior Manager Strategy, Analytics & Transformation (StAT), will be responsible for leading critical areas focused on driving excellence and fostering innovation within the Strategy, Insights & Transformation (StAT) Puerto Rico Team. This position is pivotal in enhancing the team’s tools and capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions that propel our initiatives forward.

Key Responsibility Include:

  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Lead the design and implementation of analytical models, to commercial initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Sales & Marketing and Commercial teams to identify needs, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Ensure the delivery of comprehensive, accurate reports and visualizations to support strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new tools, platforms, and processes within the analytics team and across the organization.
  • Data Strategy, Platforms & Management: Oversee the execution of the Puerto Rico organization’s data strategy, maximizing U.S. data purchases, managing local Puerto Rico purchases, and ensuring that data is treated as a strategic asset.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of leaders providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to foster high performance.
  • Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay current with emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and industry best practices, integrating innovative solutions to enhance analytics capabilities.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical business experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of data sources/products and expertise in using pharma industry syndicated/secondary data from leading vendors- IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, SPP, patient claims, among others.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities based on meticulous data analysis and interpretation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate optimally across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing compelling data visualizations with comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.
  • Proficiency with standard computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytics techniques and interpret outcomes of analytical models into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations is required.
  • Strong ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
