About the Role
Kensington Tours is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Digital Operations Manager to help power and scale our global digital ecosystem.
This role sits at the center of Marketing, Technology, Content, and Digital Production ensuring our websites and campaigns launch flawlessly, stay optimized, and deliver a premium brand experience at every touchpoint.
You’ll own the operational engine behind kensingtontours.com, managing publishing workflows, digital governance, QA, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams and external partners. You’ll also play a key role in evolving the digital experience itself by maintaining scalable CMS templates while partnering on new component ideas, page enhancements, and UX improvements through Figma and collaborative design thinking.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys process-driven and repeatable work, has a sharp eye for detail, and can also think creatively about how digital experiences can continuously improve.
