Senior Product Manager (IC / Mobile PM)

About the Role

Serving as a Senior Product Manager for Constellation you will lead and own product strategy for a complex and mission-critical suite of mobile products. You’ll work within a cross-functional team consisting of Product, Business Strategy, Tech, UX, Engineering and Data Scientists to solve monumental problems on a global scale. You will pioneer highly visible technologies that reinvent the associate experience, which will ultimately have a positive impact in our customer’s omni shopping experience. You will thrive in this role if you are strategic, data-driven, comfortable in technical conversations, a great communicator and a team player. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product strategy, roadmap, and roll out of a mobile SDK to full chain

  • Build relationships across Constellation and across Walmart as a whole in order to assist you in building products that make an impact

  • Define the metrics and KPIs that will help us measure and track the performance of our SDK

  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional team members including Engineering, Design, Product, Store Operations and more

  • Work with engineering and design to build prototypes to communicate design ideas to users and internal stakeholders

  • Conduct research, user testing and validation that will ensure that the products we build are designed to prioritize our customers and associates

Requirements:

  • You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your product

  • You have experience with two or more of the following: retail, inventory, artificial intelligence, IoT, computer vision and gaming

  • You have experience in both small teams and large corporations, enabling you to move quickly and navigate processes/best practices within both Constellation and Walmart

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
