Job Summary: The Director of RTSM is responsible for helping our sales team reach their RTSM targets, as well as guiding our Services teams and clients to a successful RTSM implementation. This role is designed to: help to identify opps, create value presentations, support successful demonstrations and POCs, support the negotiation of contracts through to closure and drive the proper scoping and successful deployment of the RTSM solutions. The Director is also expected to work closely with Marketing to create outreach campaigns, high value content and differentiated messaging. The Director will also work closely with the RTSM Product Team to help set product strategy and the product roadmap. |
