• Identify the key suppliers in our panel that best fit our projects needs

• Together with Engineering, complete roadmap\design reviews with the suppliers to specify the appropriate component\service

• Document, with all relevant project stakeholders in standard templates(VRF) the entire Quality\Delivery and Technical specifications

• RFQ and negotiate using all available tools(including auction as appropriate) market leading commercial conditions.

• Define and monitor the project delivery schedule, managing exceptions in a timely manner

• Managing with the Supplier Quality team the approval and release for production each component

• Report on the status and performance of the project on a monthly basis
