As a Senior Quality and Configuration Specialist you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Objectively evaluates their current "As Is" state by surveying, interviewing, and/or conducting focus groups with constituents from across the organization.
  • Provides excellent customer service to the clients and internal staff while demonstrating a sense of urgency and expert knowledge.
  • Conducts training of new hires and current staff to ensure that staff are educated on HCHB navigation and workflow assigned to each responsible position.
  • Develops resources (manuals, job aids, helpful tools) for the service lines as it relates to HCHB and Forcura.
  • Oversees the administration, configuration, integration, and maintenance of critical 3rd-party client-facing business applications and interfaces.
  • Assists in selection and implementation of new applications as well as upgrades, patches, and new releases to existing applications.
  • Develops project plans and monitors the tracking/reporting status of assigned projects/tasks, issues, and risks.
  • Participates in strategic level discussions to identify opportunities for the organization to leverage technology for improved accuracy and efficiency.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other relevant field or 8+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years experience in Home Health or Hospice
  • 3+ years experience with HomeCare HomeBase
  • Prior experience in implementing business process reviews
  • Experience mapping current and desired processes in detail, showing various process steps and who is performing each step

You will report to the Vice President of Quality and Configuration.
