Do you have a deep understanding of digital product management and a keen interest in Life Cycle Assessment and Analytics (LCA)? We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Product Manager to join our team and play a vital role in developing innovative digital products that contribute to a more sustainable future – and bring it to life as early as possible.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

As a Digital Product Manager focused on Environmental Sustainability, you will:

  • define and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall environmental sustainability objectives and meets the articulated business needs. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to drive product innovation.
  • lead the end-to-end product development process, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery within timelines and budget.
  • champion user-centric design principles and work closely with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces, also aligning with our declared intent to limit the number of systems any user needs interacting with. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • leverage your expertise in LCA to define and implement data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities within the digital products. Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on environmental impact data to drive sustainability initiatives.
  • collaborate with internal and external partners to understand their needs, requirements and capabilities. Build strong relationships and effectively communicate product updates, progress, and potential issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Have a Master’s degree;

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Are passionate about technology and its application in solving business problems;

  • Are adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team;

  • Demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to solve complex problems using technology in innovative ways;

  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work;
