Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Server Operating Systems x86. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Japanese, AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. - Experience in implementing technology at the operating system-level. - Knowledge of server and network areas. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to speak in Japanese and modify documents: RITM and various documents are in Japanese - Experience in creating source code, scripts, etc.,and using GitHubfor configuration management (experience inbuilding a server using Terraform or Ansible is a plus) - Understanding the overview of services provided by AWS, Azure, and GCP, and experience in operations - Experience in operating on each OS (Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL8/Amazon Linux 2023, etc.) Additional Information: - The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Server Operating Systems x86. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing technical support and maintenance. - This position is based in Manila.
