What You’ll Do:
- Educate and consult to demonstrate how to use X’s advertising products, best practices, how to develop effective campaigns
- Executing, optimizing, and analyzing advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards
- Revenue monitoring and pacing of clients' campaigns.
- Work closely with the Client Partner on maintaining revenue, upselling, pitch support, and provide analytical insights/reports.
- Drive consistency by building processes with your book of business - Daily Rev pacing, Campaign Monitoring, Sharing of Optimization ideas
- Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
- Providing feedback to our product and tools teams to help us scale our advertising platform
- Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Managing contracts & renewals, assist Sales Finance with payables and collections
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media
- Fluency in Korean and English
