Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing overall driver compensation support to business leadership. The Driver Compensation Analyst will support maximizing efficiency, improving processes, and project implementation for driver compensation initiatives. The incumbent supports the collaboration with business leadership, HR Operations, and Business Partners to respond to complex employee needs for their assigned client group(s).

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data audits and present findings and recommendations to leadership on a normal cadence ensuring data integrity, wage and hour compliance, and alignment to pay policies and practices.
  • Keep abreast of compensation-related changes to legislation and guide the business on potential risks and financial impact • Provide consultation to leaders in the review of pay changes and/or creation of new plans on an individual level for their assigned client group(s).
  • Build collaborative relationships with teams members to ensure effective business support across all units by providing guidance and recommendations on compensation data and practices.
  • Implement training sessions for managers on compensation related topics.
  • Assist with seasonal processes and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Education, Mathematics, or a related field with 1+ years of relevant work experience; or 2 years of combined relevant experience, education, or training.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Education, Mathematics, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, education, or training
  • Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience influencing business leaders and organizational stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with fluid information
  • Strong drive and initiative with the ability to self-manage
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and peers

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
