What you will do

In this vital role you will play a meaningful role in leading a team of Product Analysts based in India, driving both the GTM discipline and product management standard methodologies across the product lifecycle. You will partner with the GTM Lead and Product and Portfolio Managers in the US to grow and mature both the GTM and product management capability for enterprise data and AI products and services. You and your team will support both GTM activities (50%) and product management (50%) across the entire lifecycle, making this role crucial for aligning product execution and go-to-market success.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Analysts, ensuring a balance between GTM execution and product management support (50% GTM, 50% Product Management).
  • Provide career development mentorship to team members, aligning their growth with the evolving needs of the business.
  • Drive the GTM strategy and execution ensuring successful launches and ongoing lifecycle management of enterprise data and AI products.
  • Partner with the US-based GTM service lead to ensure alignment with global strategic objectives.
  • Establish and implement best practices for both GTM and product management, building frameworks that scale across the product lifecycle.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management-Technical and Software Development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Lead a user-centric, data-driven culture of experimentation, continuously assessing and improving the product experience.
  • Engage in Voice of the Customer activities to identify and resolve friction points, ensuring a strong product-market fit.
  • Institutionalize knowledge through consistent documentation and process standardization, ensuring repeatability and scalability across projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 8 to 10 years of Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent and 6 years of relevant work experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent and 6 years of relevant work experience OR
  • Diploma and 14 to 18 years of Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent and 6 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, with proven success in managing product lifecycles and driving product readiness.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing teams
  • Proven experience in developing and scaling both GTM and product management functions within an organization, ideally for enterprise data or AI products.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Generative AI and its application in enterprise products.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and data tools (SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and evolve product strategy based on customer feedback and industry trends.
