As an Instructional Designer, you will apply instructional design principles to develop digital learning and instructor‑led solutions that support our Cardiac Safety, Respiratory, and Precision Motion Project Management teams. You will join a growing team in Bangalore, collaborating with global colleagues and clients to help bring new therapies to market—faster and more safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining and modifying existing e‑learning resources and identifying recommended course revisions in partnership with business stakeholders.

  • Reviewing existing course materials to validate learning objectives.

  • Conducting learning needs analyses with internal stakeholders.

  • Determining skill and performance objectives, learning activities, and assessment strategies.

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather technical information and develop course materials.

  • Revising content based on stakeholder feedback and resolving conflicting inputs.

  • Developing and integrating content, materials, and media aligned to design specifications, templates, and learning objectives for e‑learning, instructor‑led training (ILT), or virtual ILT.

  • Conducting quality testing of e‑learning courses prior to hosting in the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Evaluating assessment results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Managing outsourced design and development vendors while simultaneously delivering internal design projects.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a relevant field.

  • 2–6+ years of instructional design experience, preferably including enterprise e‑learning exposure.

  • Experience in training or learning functions; consulting‑based digital learning experience is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to design and develop e‑learning using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Creative Cloud, Vyond, Gen‑AI‑based tools).

  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and instructional design frameworks.

  • Knowledge of courseware development tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.

  • Proficiency in storyboarding and content structuring.

  • Ability to apply instructional approaches across web‑based, instructor‑led, and virtual instructor‑led formats.

  • Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and learners.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage priorities and timelines.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain focus amid competing demands.

  • Understanding of training challenges in globally distributed, culturally diverse, and highly regulated environments.

  • Ability to work across time zones within a global team.

  • Based in Bangalore or able to work from India in a remote/hybrid arrangement.
