Key Roles and Responsibilities

Operational:

• Ensure the vendor master data is maintained and updated within the SAP system.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor information: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures, including contacting vendors for confirmation on amendments and changes as per standard operating procedures
• Query management: Monitor and address queries in a standard mailbox, providing timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting: Collate and dispatch reports on time
• Data quality: Conduct regular audits to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors
• Support business continuity and adhere to strict SLA requirements in all vendor master management activities.

Compliance/Audit Support and Continuous improvement:

• Adhere to the Vendor Master process, policies, and practices, and provide support during internal and external audits concerning the vendor master process and data.
• Record, discuss and resolve all issues/errors/improvement ideas raised by internal stakeholders within the team
• Where relevant, support optimization initiatives e.g. Vendor Master Cleanup and Optimization
• Where relevant, support team members in ad-hoc tasks pertaining to vendor master management

Relevant experience

• Educational: Degree in Business administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Work experience: 3-6 years of experience in Operational Vendor Master Management, SAP (ERP), and reporting activities
• Solid understanding of vendor master management processes and best practices
• Should have hands on experience in SAP and worked on projects related to Vendor master.
• Operational knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good verbal and written English communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of MS SharePoint and other intake tools
• Demonstrate decent knowledge of MS Power Platform for potential process automation and data analysis
• Ability to fully support Multiple regions
• Ability to work in 'Shifts'
• Strong professional and personal integrity
