Operations Support (m/w/d) 60% - 100% - befristet

Aufgaben

• Mithilfe und aktive Unterstützung des Revenue Taskforce-Teams
• Unterstützung der operativen Bereiche bei Spezialaufträgen, administrativen Tätigkeiten und im Tagesgeschäft
• Unterstützung bei der Problemlösung von herausfordernden Kundenaufträgen und der Projektabwicklung
• ERP-Stammdatenpflege im Bereich Zolltarifnummern und Ursprungsländer
• Unterstützung des internen Logistik Teams
• Auswertung und Analysen der Umsatz- und Taskforce relevanten KPI's
• Zusätzliche Aufgaben gemäss Definition der vorgesetzten Person

Profil

• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen
• Erfahrung in einer international tätigen Unternehmung mit globalem Fokus von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
• Englischkenntnisse erwünscht
• Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit, exaktes und genaues Arbeiten
