Position Overview:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Culture & Employer Brand Intern to support our efforts in shaping and promoting our employer brand. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement while contributing to projects that highlight our company’s values and culture.

As the Culture & Employer Brand Intern, you will assist the Talent Acquisition and HR teams in developing and executing strategies to enhance our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic social media content scheduling
  • Identifying and promoting opportunities for employee advocacy
  • Light copy writing (social captions, responses)
  • Coordinating translations across regions
  • Brainstorming digital marketing campaign ideas
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of employer branding strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the development of content for employer branding materials, including social media, career site, and recruitment marketing collateral.
  • Assist with organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as career fairs and webinars.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor employer branding practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share employee testimonials and success stories.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or a degree in media and communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or experience in marketing, HR, or recruitment is a plus but not required.
