THE WORK:

You will work both with Employer Branding and Inclusion and Diversity experts to:

• Build and manage campus relationships

• Support internal and external employer branding projects and events (like career fairs, webinars, communication, etc.)

• Do administrative tasks (like monitoring the project status and preparing meeting minutes, etc.)

• Provide creative materials (like information brochures, PPT presentations, social media posts, etc.)

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Based in Katowice

• An active student status with the ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

• Proficiency in English and Polish (B2), as you’ll be part of international teams.

• Ability to perform assigned tasks independently

• Organization and communication skills

• Interest in employer branding and willingness to learn

• Experience gained in student organizations, volunteering, student research groups, or student government

• Knowledge about Inclusion and Diversity aspects
