About the job
As a Senior Digital Producer at Belong, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving exceptional digital experiences, where no two days will ever look the same. Your obsessive attention to detail will ensure that every project you manage is delivered to the highest possible standard, as you work alongside other talented producers in the Content Experience team. You’ll manage the inflow of digital requests, expertly triaging them and coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining quality control every step of the way. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and reviewing web content, contributing to the ongoing development of our website. Your expertise in accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and customer experience analytics will help you create impeccable web content, elevating our digital platforms to the next level.
Your understanding of web design, CMS (Content Management Systems), HTML/CSS, and Information Architecture will ensure that each page you touch is not only visually compelling but structurally sound. You’ll thrive on balancing multiple projects and deadlines, working efficiently with different departments to meet the needs of the business. In this role, you’ll also collaborate with the incident management team, demonstrating decisiveness and leadership should any issues arise on our digital website. With your strong grasp of agile and scrum methodologies, combined with the principles of Human-Centered Design (HCD), you’ll ensure that our digital experiences are always centered around the needs of our customers.
