We are expanding our Market Analytics team to support the delivery of the House Rx mission of making specialty medications more accessible and affordable for patients while helping keep specialty practices independent. 

As the Pharmacy Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence at House Rx. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights that support our business objectives and clearly communicate program health to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Pro Formas

    • Develop detailed 3 years pro formas for prospective customers based on EHR and other publicly available data
    • Understand drug margins and payer reimbursement economics
    • Understand and model labor costs for each clinic
    • Ability to clearly present pro formas internal and externally

Program P&L and Performance Analysis

    • Ability to analyze reconciled claims and dispensing data of a pharmacy and calculate capture rate, assess program performance and develop a recommendation on how to improve
    • Create a detailed P&L for a pharmacy based on  dispensing data
  • Operational Analysis:
  • Work closely with our clinical operations team to analyze historical trends and develop recommendation on how to improve performance
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives to optimize pharmacy operations, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
  • Reporting and Visualization:
    • Design and generate regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into program performance metrics, including both operational and financial metrics.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, utilizing data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
    • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
    • Provide analytical support for business development opportunities, including new product launches, partnerships, and market expansion efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in pharmacy analytics and specialty pharmacy operations.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
    • Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness and competitiveness of our programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmaceutical analytics, or a similar role within a Specialty Pharmacy or healthcare organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business insights and operational improvements through data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, particularly related to pharmacy operations and data privacy (HIPAA).

Expected Full-Time Base Salary:  $130,000-$170,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements equity, paid time off and benefits.
