Project Manager IV - Real Estate

As a Project Manager IV, you will drive real estate transactions and projects from inception to completion for complex and high-profile portfolios while assembling and managing transaction teams comprised of internal and external resources.  
 

A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM – 5:00PM.  
 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Manage all aspects of and provide a single point of contact for assigned projects. 

  • Lead/manage multiple medium- to large-size projects, leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver results.  

  • Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. 

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Prepare and complete action plans. 

  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.  

  • Complete audits and identify trends. 

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes. 

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. 

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. 

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. 

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.  

  • Five years of project management experience in an assigned area, including implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity and involving complex financial system applications.  

  • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion. 

  • Effective relationship building skills.  


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

  • Master’s degree. This may substitute one year of required experience.  

  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP).

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

  • May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.

  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
