The Position:
GameChanger is looking for a Director of Analytics to lead the Analytics Team and strategy at GameChanger. The mission of the Analytics Team is to help GameChanger leverage data to make the best decisions possible. You’ll oversee two teams of analysts and data scientists focused on measurement, insights generation, experimentation, and reporting across the company. As the Director of Analytics, you’ll lead our analytics strategy and execution, working to unlock the full potential of our data to drive decision-making. You’ll be a member of our Senior Leadership Team and report to the VP of Data, Analytics, and Marketing.
What You'll Do:
Set the strategy for the Analytics teams. Build and execute a high-impact roadmap that elevates our use of data and improves business outcomes.
Champion a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy, encouraging cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring data is accessible, trusted, and actionable across the organization.
Partner with leaders from across the company to align Analytics Team work around efforts that grow the business and create user value.
Effectively communicate and socialize actionable results and findings throughout the organization and coach the team to do the same.
Recruit and develop top talent. Encourage a culture of innovation, learning and accountability.
Work with an experienced team that values teamwork and data-driven decision-making.
Develop KPIs, forecasts, and frameworks to ensure the organization’s work is aligned and growth levers are well-understood.
Collaborate with our data engineering and analytics engineering teams to enhance data availability and evolve our self-service tools.
Design and evolve the operating model that ensures analysts work most efficiently with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, CX, Finance, and Strategy.
Build inroads with the data teams at our parent company and unearth new ways to use our shared data and resources.
Who You Are:
8+ years in the data analytics, business intelligence, or related field with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role
Strong analytical thinker and a compelling communicator, both written and verbal.
Strategic mindset and a bias for impact. You can identify issues and mobilize the team around the highest impact work.
Experience in a high-growth company, ideally in a B2C subscription business.
Expert in SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools (we use Looker + Hex).
Experience with product analytics data, marketing analytics and attribution, subscription and financial metrics, and experimentation.

The target salary range for this position is between $240,000 and $260,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
7-10 years experience
