We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. You will work closely with senior project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change orders.
Support communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections as required.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Previous internship or work experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI) is a plus.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or willingness to pursue certification.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
