Job Summary
• This role is responsible for guiding the delivery of External and Internaprojects ranging from medium to moderately complex scale within local or sub-regional contexts, with a medium to high level of associated risk. The role involves managing project financials effectively, maintaining relationships with stakeholders spanning mid to upper levels, and directing project teams of up to 20 members. The role includes overseeing the timely completion of project development processes, providing performance reviews, and independently solving complex problems.

Responsibilities
• Guides the delivery of internal projects, typically encompassing medium to moderately complex scale projects, at local or sub-regional level, presenting a medium to high level of associated risk.
• Manages project financials, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets, and ensures the provision of dependable financial forecasts to the management.
• Maintains and nurtures relationships with stakeholders spanning from mid-level to upper levels within the organization.
• Directs the project team, which includes both internal and external resources, typically consisting of up to 20 individuals.
• Clarifies specifications and continuously liaises with the accountable internal project manager.
• Makes recommendations based on the current program status to resolve issues and manage risks.
• Maintains awareness of the necessary skill development requirements for project team members, providing valuable performance review input and constructive development recommendations for team members.
• Ensures all processes of project development are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
